By accessing or using OwnerSuites(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OwnerSuites provides restaurant management software including online ordering, reservations, team management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Your free trial lasts 14 days; no credit card is required to start. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting malware, using the Service for illegal purposes, or violating applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it only as needed to provide the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OwnerSuites and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnerSuites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
