Pricing questions
Are there any other fees?
Just the monthly subscription. Stripe Connect handles card processing at their published rates (2.9% + 30¢ for online cards) and payouts go directly to your bank — we never touch the money.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days you pick a plan to continue. We'll email you a few days before the trial ends — no auto-charge surprise. If you don't pick one, your storefront pauses but no data is deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does migration work?
For free: send us your existing menu (Toast / Square / Clover / Excel / photo) and your customer list, and we'll import everything before your first shift. Photos get auto-resized.
Do you offer multi-location pricing?
Enterprise is per-location with a discount — talk to us with how many locations and we'll quote it.
