  • Restaurant details (name, address, hours, menu)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
  • Communications you send us

We also collect information automatically: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and usage data to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
  • Processing payments and sending billing-related communications
  • Sending transactional emails (order confirmations, account notifications)
  • Responding to your questions and support requests
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with third-party services only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Cloudinary — image hosting (if enabled)
  • Hosting provider — infrastructure

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized data for analytics and legal compliance purposes for up to 90 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the Service will not function correctly without session cookies.

We take security seriously: passwords are hashed with bcrypt, data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access is controlled through role-based permissions. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and report any suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected].

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
